Christmas Vacation

We spent our Christmas in Utah with family and had a great time. Ladd had a blast playing, chasing, laughing and kissing cousins. Luckily he was so worn out at the end of each day he slept in until 9 or 10 most mornings.

Our first Saturday there we had a party with my family. Notice anything strange about this picture? Doug really wanted to play the part of Joseph in the Nativity. He did a great job with the rest of the grand kids!!

We were excited to be able to play in the snow in the warmer weather. Doug couldn't find a sled so he ended up taking Tara's snowboard. I couldn't quite tell if Ladd liked it or not.

Ladd spying on Dad having fun without him.

No way was he going to sit this one out.

On Christmas Eve at the Timothy family Christmas party, Ladd was thrilled to find someone that would hold his hand.

Four generations of Timothy's- Doug, Ladd, Grandpa Brad, and Great-Grandma Billey (Ladd is named after great-grandma's husband Laddie Weston).

Christmas morning we opened presents with Doug's family and enjoyed a yummy breakfast before heading up to Heber with my parents. The drive there and back were horrendous and my dad thoroughly enjoyed my backseat driving. We spent the day at my sister Rachel's house with my whole family. Ladd was pretty pooped from all the presents and enjoyed cuddling up next to Savannah and watching Barney while the adults played Celestial Mates. What a wonderful Christmas!!!

I can't believe how much older Ladd is looking! It's crazy! Looks like you had fun...now we just need to hang out so we don't get cabin fever in this horrible weather. :)
